Mayer H. Mayer totally rebuilt the house dating to 1984 to a modern villa that takes advantage of being situated on an uphill. Villa with its three floors is orientated into all cardinal points and it represents a sophisticated harmony of interior and exterior. The simple geometric forms were combined with the smooth white facade and glass features.
